1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using lujahit.com, downloading our client utilities, or engaging Lujah IT Solution PLC for software development and network infrastructure deployment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Software Licenses & Digital Utilities

All software tools, client access packages, diagnostic utilities (such as our network and configuration installers), and proprietary applications made available for download on our portal are subject to the following conditions:

• Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software solely for legitimate operational or evaluation purposes.
• Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or resell any software or firmware files provided by Lujah IT Solution PLC without express written consent.

3. Professional Services & Support Policy

For customized projects including EMR platforms, Health Information Exchange (HIE) workflows, network cabling, and hardware integrations:

• Project Scope & Agreements: Specific milestones, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by individual project agreements or proforma invoices.
• Initial Support Window: Technical support and troubleshooting for all deployed products and services are provided directly as stipulated in the initial project agreement until the project completion day is formally closed.
• Post-Closure & SLA Coverage: Once the initial project agreement day is closed, ongoing technical support, maintenance, and system monitoring are provided through a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) established between Lujah IT Solution PLC and the client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design architecture, source code, logos, graphics, and documentation featured on lujahit.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Lujah IT Solution PLC. Unauthorized reproduction, republication, or commercial exploitation of our assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lujah IT Solution PLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of data, business interruption, or system downtime—arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, software downloads, or infrastructure services outside of active agreement terms or active SLAs.
